By accessing and using the Unnati ERP Software as a Service (SaaS) product (the “Service”) provided by Fictivebox (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Service.
2. Subscription and Access
You are granted a subscription-based access to the Unnati ERP SaaS Service. This subscription is non-transferable and grants you the right to use the Service for the specified subscription period.
3. User Accounts
To access the Service, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring the security of your account.
4. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data entered into the Unnati ERP SaaS Service. Fictivebox does not claim ownership of your data. However, by using the Service, you grant Fictivebox the right to process and store your data for the purpose of providing and improving the services.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Unnati ERP SaaS Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The Unnati ERP SaaS Service, including but not limited to its design, code, and features, is the intellectual property of Fictivebox. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our explicit permission.
7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Fictivebox commits to providing a level of service in accordance with our Service Level Agreement. Details of the SLA can be found on our website or provided upon request.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fictivebox is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Unnati ERP SaaS Service. We provide the Service on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
9. Termination
Fictivebox reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the Unnati ERP SaaS Service at any time without notice. We may also terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
10. Billing and Payments
Subscription fees for the Unnati ERP SaaS Service are detailed on our website or provided in your subscription agreement. Payments are due as specified in the agreement.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Noida, IN jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida District Court.
